Before we can accept your wholesale order, we’ll need a completed Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate. No worries—it can be filled out right at the counter before checkout!

Placing an Order

• CASH & CARRY
Bring the items you'd like to purchase directly to the counter for checkout.

• ORDER WRITING
Complete the Wholesale Order Form, including your shipping address (if different from your registration form) and credit card information.

If you'd like to be charged today, simply check the box on the form. Otherwise, your card will be charged when your order ships, typically within 7–14 days.

Note: If you're charged today, shipping will be billed separately at the time of shipment.
